Like I said, my Mother-In-Law can grow anything, and her flowers are fantastic, some of the ones that were still looking good at the end of the day.
The pink and orange Bougainvilleas.
This one is like a Mandevilla only the plant it's self is much larger. I don't know what it's called, but it's pretty.
A orange double Hibiscus.
Jane said this one is against the law to grow in the state of Oklahoma, because people make a hallucinogenic drug out of it. It's the Jimsom Weed. It's very pretty and the bugs were really having a party on them. It's better known as Loco Weed.
This one is a pretty vine and VERY fragrant. I don't know what it's called.
One of my favorites is the Alice Dupont Mandevilla. They take very little water, but we managed to kill ours.
And last but not least, the most hated plant in the yard, not by Jane, but hated by Jody's dad Davey... the passion vine. It takes over the Bar B Q pit and smoker
every summer.

I can't be sure, but the plant with the yellow flower might be Yellow Bells, also known as Esperanza around here. Its Latin name is Tecoma stans. I've got seed this fall and am hoping to grow some myself next year...if my dogs will let me.

I was horrified anyone could hate the passionflower! Especially such a beautiful variety. But, I understand how men feel about anything coming between them and their Bar B Q pit.

My Bougainvilleas look like shit. I think it needs more Sun. I have a giant Sycamore that's trying to blot me out from the Sun.
Hi Debi! You're right it is Esperanza, I remember her saying something about it. Davey hates the passion vine because it's taken him 9 years of trying to keep it from coming up. He said it's under the full 20+ feet of the deck and trying to come out on the other end. Jane just snickers at him while she's watering it.
I love the purple one.
