I'll try to remedy that this weekend. I'm off to try out the new wheels on the open road and take some pictures at Nita's house. In about 4 hours I'll be living the words of Pat Green's song Carry On....
Baby's just a little bit tired of the city,
Billboards and bullshit got her down,
Seem like you need a little hill country,
A little back roads driving, little bit of the old top down,
Yeah, everybody gotta get away sometime,
Forget about yourself for awhile,
Seems to me that all you need is a ragtop car to ride with me,
Ok, alright, just might get a little high tonight,
Ok, alright, carry on,
Only I'm going to South Texas, I went to the hill country last weekend. BTW... it was a good trip. Dawn and I were too busy to take pictures as we strolled (if that's what you want to call our fast pace) the shops in Gruene, Texas. I can handle shopping with Dawn, it's easy to walk with her... we both have long legs and we browse the same way. We don't feel the need to touch everything in the store either. Get in and get out, don't take prisoners.
That's not going to be the story with Nita.... she's got an agenda. "Don't forget your sewing machine!" Was the last thing I heard her say.
Until the weekend!

Hey, enjoy your road trip! Are the bluebonnets out yet?
Sounds like we have the same shopping style...in, quick look, out, and on to the next store. :-)
Have a fun weekend! :-)
Have fun!!!
I like the snowy backyard. Maybe it's because it's something that I'll never have here. Hell, I don't even have a backyard.
