Let's just say I'm not where I was a year ago today.

I'm not riding through the streets of St John....

Or sitting on this deck in St Thomas...

Or on this beach off Tortola....

Or trying to decide on stopping at this beach in St John, or should we move on to another...

Yeah, we stopped... good choice.

(think up your own caption for this one...)

Not this year... I'm sitting on my deck, sweating profusely in the 90+ degree heat, listening to the lawn mowers and motorcycles. Life could be worse I guess, I could be at work.

Wa-a-a-a-a-a. I want to go-o-o-o!
We had our roof replaced this week on Monday....when it was 104. I can't imagine how the roofers do it. I kept taking them ice and juice packs.
I can't think up my own caption for the one with the sarongs waving in the wind. What happened?!? Was it a nudist beach? Were you tormenting an angry bull? Is it some kind of pagan ritual?
Me- I feel bad for the people who have to work out in this heat. I was out on the deck at 5:30 yesterday and the thermometer nailed to the rail said 113!!!!
I like the pagan ritual thing, we'll go with that. Come to think of it, all us girls mooned my brother on the beach that day.
A year ago today, I was still in my cylinder at the cryogenics lab. I've only recently been thawed out.
At you are not one bit cold and icy. You've thawed out nicely.
that should be AND... AND you are not one bit....
Ha ha ha Godinla! Here I was going to be funny, but can't come close to him, so nevermind. Well a year ago today, I was sweating profusely in La Paz, Baja with two broken air conditioners... Ick. Better now in the Southern California fog.
How about a kiddie pool? My bro-in-law & I used to sit in them (as adults) (and while my sister was at work) (I wonder if she ever forgave us for that?)...
I used to do the kiddie pool thing when the kids were little. It embarrassed Jody back then, now he'd have a reason to have me committed. Sad thing is, my walking buddy has a pool and it's just around the corner. Now I've fiddle-farted around and we're having a Monsoon week.
I'm thinking of a kiddie pool for the front deck of the Chris Craft. Travis says it would be embarrasing. What's embarrasing about wallowing in 12 inches of water?
I'll do it on my deck if you do it on yours! But I'm going for the 18 incher... I know a pool float will fit in one of those.
Pool float, of course!
Travis and Maggie have a Chris Craft? wow....
Yeah... CC with a pool on the forward deck! They are so stylish.
