Thursday morning....

What was I thinking? Taking today off, I must have been out of my mind. I actually thought I would be going to the Doctor with Jody to get the results of the PET scan... but here I sit, I should have stayed at work. He was out in his office (the garage) this morning hacking and gagging, something he used to do every morning when we first got married. He had morning sickness so much I never had to have it when I was pregnant. I'm thinking he was worrying that I would be dressed and ready to go with him. He had said last night, and he was very adamant about it, that he didn't want or need me to go. So here I sit, thinking about all the stuff that will pile up on my desk today.

Oh well, I have tons of comp time I need to take, and I'll just go buy a new bra. I hate shopping on the weekend when all the amateurs are out. Take that! I also have an appointment with a new Chiropractor at 3. He's probably going to tell me I need to stop using a laptop on my lap, it's taking the natural curve out of my neck and causing my spine to snap, causing numbness in my appendages. So why am I going, oh yeah, to give him a check....

Jody should be back in about an hour....

Yoga will help your back too.
I'm doing in every morning now, because sitting on boats doesn't always give you good back support.

I used to teach yoga, and I'd do it every day, but about 5 weeks ago my hip started hurting and prohibited me from doing any classes. I need to ease back in, maybe next week while I'm out of school.
